Adrian homer

Swim coach

Adrian Homer

Adrian is a qualified pool and open water swim coach.

Adrian has been swimming competitively for many years, having risen through the junior and senior ranks into masters, where he still competes today.

Open water racing led him into triathlon where he made a habit of being first out of the water in sprint and Olympic distance events. Notably in his first race he beat Jenson Button in the swim and spent subsequent years competing in JB’s own event trying to emulate the same!

Christian Vann

Run Coach

Gavin Reeves

Gavin has been competing in Ironman and ultra running events for quite a while now. He has been lucky enough to experience some amazing races from IM European champs to the legendary Transvulcania ultra run in La Palma. Here in the UK Gavin has had great success with a 15th place finish at the Carlisle to Newcastle 70 mile Ultra and has completed the Grand Union Canal Race 148 mile run from Birmingham to London.

Gavin started coaching the youth at the local athletics club under British Athletics around 2014 and has enjoyed seeing the youth develop into the full competitive athletes they are today. Over the last 6 years or so he has been focused on coaching the adults track sessions for Northampton Athletics Club and enDuRoteam and is currently studying and developing new ways to convert track training and principles for Triathlon specific training.

Extremely passionate to see others succeed and achieve their own goals with enDuRoteam, always welcoming and happy to talk anything run related all day long.

Christian’s coaching career began as a squash coach after his success playing for County and England, from there Christian put the rackets down for a very successful career in professional motorsport racing with great success racing the Le Mans 24hour race 4 times and winning the World Championship. Retiring from motorsport in 2007 Christian turned to coaching and has the highest qualifications for motorsport coaching. Coaching skills he can easily carry over into triathlon.

In 2013 Christian turned to triathlon and has competed from Sprint to Iron distance and is a competing GB Age Grouper. Christian is highly motivated with an eye for detail and enjoys motivating others to realise their potential.

Christian is currently on the BTF coaching pathway and is looking forward to helping as many people as possible to enjoy the sport of Triathlon with enDuRo team.

Tim Webster

Age Group Captain

Tim Webster

Tim has been competing in triathlon since 2012 and has progressed from a mid-pack finisher at the local Duston Sprint Tri to competing for the GB Age Group Team at European and World Championship events. Always looking for the next challenge and to test his limits, his highlight to date was finishing in 17th place in the Norseman Extreme Triathlon in 2019, regarded by many as the worlds toughest Ironman distance triathlon.
