enDuRo team

enDuRo team is a collective of athletes from a swim, bike, run (or any combination thereof !) background: racing and training together with a single shared goal: self-improvement.

We are coaching led.  The athlete-centred, team approach provides a platform for athletes to learn from each other, ask questions, share experience,  thoughts,  discuss training ideas, race tactics, goals or anything related and creates a vibrant social atmosphere where you will meet new people, hear new experiences and make new friends.

The Annual Training Plan is delivered through training peaks and is structured around the UK race season. (fear not! we have help at hand to get you setup) Off season, Pre-season, lockdowns and various times throughout the year, we train together in short blocks working on specifics: be that base, endurance, VO2max power,  race prep or simply getting a structured week in! 

Whatever your reason for taking part or whatever your goals:  If you are seeking to improve, have good sportsmanship and want to have fun doing it: as a team, we WILL support you and are happy to be part of your journey.
